A Next.js App Router site with content in Supabase (PostgreSQL), edited through a private admin area.

- Frontend: Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
- Data: Supabase PostgreSQL with row-level security — public can read published content only
- Auth: email magic-link sign-in restricted to the site owner
- Storage: Supabase Storage for images and downloadable resources
- Hosting: Vercel
